When speaking of Omega, it is common to think of collections like the Speedmaster or Seamaster. However, during the 1940s and 1950s, the manufacturer also produced some of the most refined dress watches in its history, with the Trésor collection being one of its greatest exponents.
This specimen, manufactured in 1956, stands out for a feature unusual for the time: its 36 mm case. While most dress watches from those years were around 30-32 mm, this Trésor offered proportions ahead of its time that, nearly seventy years later, still remain modern and elegant.
Its 18k rose gold case, manufactured by the prestigious Swiss specialist Favre & Perret, is combined with an elegant, highly balanced dial, where the applied rose gold indices and numerals create exceptional harmony. Inside beats the legendary Omega caliber 267, belonging to the celebrated 30mm movement family, renowned for its extraordinary precision, robustness, and reliability.
