Because you shouldn't be the only one checking it: every piece goes through our workshop before entering the catalog and comes with a purchase invoice, as well as the original documentation when preserved. And if you prefer to see it in person, you can review it with us at the store before deciding.
Only your ID or passport: it is the only essential requirement to formalize the transaction. If you still have the original box, warranty, or invoice, bring them, as they add to the valuation. And if you don't have them, it's not a problem: we buy pieces without a box or papers as well.
The same day you accept the offer. We close the deal, sign the paperwork, and make the transfer without any waiting or deferred payments. If you bring the watch to our store by appointment, you can leave with the money already sent.
Yes. All the pieces we deliver come with a twelve-month mechanical warranty, just like a new watch. If anything fails within that period, it is inspected by our own workshop, with no intermediaries or shipping to the brand.
Yes, it is one of the most common options. We appraise your watch at no cost and deduct that amount from the price of the piece you are taking, so you only pay the difference. If yours is worth more, we will pay you the balance via bank transfer.
