HIGH-END POLISHING
We restore the exterior splendor of your timepiece. We polish cases and bracelets, scrupulously recovering the brand's original alternating finishes while maintaining the mirror polish or matte satin finishes corresponding to each model.
RESTORATION
We restore the original geometry of watch cases through laser welding and eliminate slack in worn-out bracelets so they regain their original firmness and tension. We handle dial restoration and the sourcing of legitimate spare parts.

The process begins the moment your watch enters our workshop. We register the piece individually, performing a macroscopic visual inspection and initial chronometry tests using digital timing machines. This allows us to identify deviations in the amplitude, beat, and rate of the caliber before proceeding to the technical opening of the case. |

We proceed with the technical opening of the case and the extraction of the movement. The watch is completely disassembled: we separate the caliber, the case, and the bracelet. Each screw, wheel, and spring is carefully classified, ensuring that every original component is treated with the respect it deserves. |

We subject the components to an ultrasonic cleaning process using specific high-end watchmaking chemical solutions. Through this system, we completely remove aged oils and any trace of dirt accumulated through use, ensuring the surface of the components is in perfect condition for subsequent lubrication. |

Our watchmakers painstakingly reassemble the caliber piece by piece. During this process, we apply specific high-viscosity oils to every friction point, which reduces mechanical wear and ensures smooth, long-lasting performance of the mechanism over the long term. |

Once assembled, the watch undergoes a rigorous performance test. We verify the chronometric precision and power reserve of the movement over a 48 to 72-hour cycle in different positions. After confirming that it is functioning optimally, we coordinate a hand delivery at our workshop or a fully insured shipment. |

The delivery time varies depending on the type of intervention required, typically ranging between 1 and 4 weeks. Once your item has been analyzed in the workshop, we will inform you of the exact estimated time along with your detailed quote.
We offer the standard of excellence of an Official Boutique but with an optimized cost structure, as we do not apply the margins or rigid flat rates of major brands.
